The California State University follows the business travel mileage rate published by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to calculate reimbursable costs of using a personal vehicle for university business use. The Chancellor's Office has notified campuses that the IRS has published the following mileage reimbursement rates effective for business travel occurring on or after July 1, 2026.

The university's current flag protocol requires the Vice President for Administration & Finance to notify the campus when the flag is lowered to half-staff.
The flag will be lowered to half-staff until 6 p.m. Saturday, July 18 per the proclamation issued by the President of the United States following the death of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham.

This week, the city of Rohnert Park is continuing its work on the Copeland Creek Trail and Crane Creek Park Expansion project. This work will include asphalt paving, traffic striping, and electrical and signage work at Laurel Drive and Petaluma Hill Road.
July 15: Laurel entrance and exit will be closed for paving. Please use an alternate access point. Please see map below:
