What is happening?
CSU Learn will be offline beginning May 6 at 5:00 p.m. through May 13. During this time, CSU Learn and all resources within the system will be completely inaccessible.
How will this affect me?
While CSU Learn is offline, users will not be able to access training courses or related resources.

Overview
MySSU will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2026, to 8 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2026. During this downtime, the Chancellor’s Office will integrate Sonoma State University into the CSU systemwide Common Human Resources System (CHRS).

Sonoma State University will host artist Johanna Poethig on Wednesday, May 6 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Wine Spectator Learning Center 1001 classroom for a campus conversation and workshop focused on reimagining aspects of the mural “Tiene la Lumbre Adentro / He Has the Fire Within: SSU César E. Chávez Memorial.”

Perez, Vice President of University Advancement, during a special event at the Green Music Center next month.
A celebration of life for Mario, who passed away suddenly on March 27, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 19 in Weill Hall. Event details can be found here.
