If you’re looking for a safe, engaging, and convenient summer option for your children, Super Kids Camp is here on campus and designed with working parents in mind.
Super Kids Camp serves children ages 5–11 and runs for eight weeks during the summer. With an eight-to-one camper-to-counselor ratio, your child will receive attentive supervision while building friendships with peers their age.
Campers are grouped into Littles (5–6), Middles (7–8), and Bigs (9–11) to make sure activities and social time are developmentally appropriate.
Each week balances structure, learning, and fun:
- Daily rotations in art, science, drama, and sports led by trained SSU student counselors
- Pool days twice a week with certified lifeguards on duty
- Rock climbing on the Campus Recreation climbing wall with belay-certified staff
- Weekly field trips connected to themed activities
- Friday special events like talent shows, obstacle courses, and interactive performances
Our counselors and directors are CPR and AED certified, and safety is always part of the day.
Extended care is also available in the morning and evening to support your work schedule.
Daily camp runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Extended care starts at 7:30 a.m. and ends by 6 p.m.
2026 themes include Splash Into Summer, Animal Planet, Disney, Summerween, Sports Week, Wild West, and SKC’s Got Talent, so every week feels fresh and engaging.
As members of the SSU community, you have the unique benefit of sending your children to camp right where you work, on the campus you know and trust. SSU students, faculty, and staff also get a $5 per day discount. Email [email protected] for your promo code.
Spots fill quickly each summer. We invite you to review the Parent Handbook and reserve your child’s place soon.
We look forward to welcoming your family to Super Kids Camp.
