Dr. Martin Luther King Kr. said, "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." In the spirit of Dr. King's words, Sonoma State University hosts a gathering of Sonoma County middle and high school teachers on June 14 at 10:30 a.m.

The second annual Jewish Music Series at Sonoma State University features artists hailing from New York City to the Bay Area, including trumpeter Frank London (cofounder of the Klezmatics) and virtuoso clarinetist Ben Goldberg with his Invisible Guy trio.

Sonoma State University hosts the acclaimed solo performance "Wrestling Jerusalem," written and performed by Aaron Davidman and directed by Michael John Garcés, on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 7:30 p.m. at Evert B. Person Theatre.
