Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Self-Certification

On behalf of COVID Monitoring Team, Kendall Newman, Operations Manager for Risk Management and Safety Services, notifies the campus community of a positive case of COVID-19 on campus. The exposure occurred on Monday, August 23, in the Student Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m..  Additionally, there is a date correction in regards to yesterday’s notification of a positive COVID-19 case. The correct date and time of the exposure is Wednesday, August 25, in International Hall from 8 to 10 a.m.
