Sonoma State University will be hosting multiple events to educate and bring awareness to sexual assault prevention this month.

Sonoma State University is hosting several events throughout the month of April for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

Sonoma State University has joined hundreds of universities across the nation in taking the "It's On Us" pledge, Vice President Joe Biden's campaign against sexual assault on college campuses.

Sexual assault is hard to talk about, especially for survivors. But when one in five women are sexually assaulted in college, the topic must be addressed.
