FR: Julie Vivas, J.D., Associate Vice President for Title IX, Equal Opportunity, and Dispute Resolution
I am pleased to share with you some important updates and opportunities from our teams within OPHD.
The Civil Rights/Title IX Annual Report Dashboard for 2024-25 summary is now available and we invite you to take a few moments to review the digital data summary now available online. This dashboard provides our community with information about our formal complaints and resolutions. Please feel free to schedule some time with me if you have any questions. As a reminder, if you experience sexual misconduct, harassment based on a protected class, or discrimination, you can meet with a member of our Civil Rights/TItle IX team to explore your resources, complaint/resolution options, and your rights even if you choose not to file a complaint. Our office can be reached at 707-664-4140 or [email protected]. You can also share information about an incident via the OPHD website or reporting form.
Our student ambassadors and staff members for both the Center for Restorative Practices and the Education & Prevention Teams are busy partnering with various groups on campus to provide workshops and learning opportunities. Highlights include Healthy Relationships in February, Masculinity & Communication, Club Sports and Greek Life sessions, Conflict Navigation, and planning for Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April with campus partners. Please contact Chelsea Hennan for more information about programs, to have our ambassadors visit your group, or to get involved.
Finally, we hope you will join us at one or more of the following events:
