How do you manage when you have a number of priorities that require your attention? Do you end the day feeling frustrated or overwhelmed because you were not able to complete your tasks?

Key conversations
Wednesday, May 6th 2-3pm
A key conversation is a discussion between two or more people where the stakes are high, opinions vary and emotions run strong. These conversations- when handled poorly or ignored- may lead to strained relationships and poor results. 
Content includes:

  • Common causes of conflict
  • Benefits and examples of key conversations
  • Planning for the interaction
  • Specific steps for conducting the conversation

Cross Campus Collaboration
Registration opens March 16th for April CSU Cross Campus Collaboration professional development workshops! Join colleagues from other CSU campuses to access exclusive instructor-led professional development workshops held live via zoom. CSU’s Got Talent Webcasts
The CSU systemwide professional development series continues with engaging, interactive webcasts featuring experts in leadership, communication, and workplace effectiveness.
