Dear Campus Community,
The Sonoma State University Financial Aid & Scholarships Office is excited to announce that the scholarship application for the Fall 2027 – Spring 2028 academic year is now open! Our system permits students to submit a single application for a chance to be matched with more than 200 scholarship opportunities, allowing students to spend less time on applications and more time focusing on their studies.
Who is eligible? All new or continuing degree program students with a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA who are planning to attend full time (12 units undergraduate, eight units graduate) for the 2027-28 academic year.
What opportunities are available? SSU awarded more than $600,000 in scholarships to applicants last year! Applicants are matched with scholarships based on criteria such as degree type, major, club affiliation, and more.
How do I apply? After reading through the application requirements on the SSU Scholarships website, complete and submit the scholarship application through the Scholarship Portal. Log in using your MySSU username and password and be sure to answer all of the required questions.
