Overview
MySSU will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2026, to 8 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2026. During this downtime, the Chancellor’s Office will integrate Sonoma State University into the CSU systemwide Common Human Resources System (CHRS).
What Can You Expect
To prepare for the scheduled downtime, all processing in MySSU will be disabled starting on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
Applications, including Google, Canvas, CashNet, and CFS (Common Financial System), are not affected by the downtime and will continue to be available.
As communicated previously by HR, MyHR will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2025, until 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
