ITS Issue Identified: System Login Issues
Monday, October 12, 2026, 3:32pmDear Campus Community,
At approximately 2:30 p.m., the SFBRN ITS Department discovered an issue affecting the ability to log into campus systems, including PeopleSoft, CSUBuy, and Google Suite products.
What's Happening
While users can open the Online Services portal, users attempting a new login cannot access web-based applications.
Users who were logged in before the incident still have access.
Why
Our ITS team has identified the source of the issue and is working on a solution.
What Is Affected
Services impacted include but are not limited to:
- Calendar
- Google Drive
- MySSU
- MyHR
- Canvas
- LoboConnect
- MyLibrary Account
- Seawolf Card Management
What To Do
If you are already logged in, do not log out. If you do, you will lose access until the issue is resolved.
For affected users, monitor your email for future updates as we work to resolve this issue.
