ITS Incident Update: Systemwide Login Issues

We’re writing to provide you with the status of a current incident affecting the ability to log into multiple campus systems.
Status: The Chancellor’s Office has implemented a workaround that has restored access to services until they can implement and confirm stable resolution of the underlying issue.
What to Do: Use the impacted services normally.
Services impacted: Financial Data Warehouse, Common Financial System (CFS), Human Resources (CHRS), Campus Solutions (CS),CSU Learn, DUO MFA, PageUP, Zoom, CSUBUY, Concur, and Cisco AnyConnect.
Resolution ETA: We do not have a resolution ETA at this time, but the Chancellor’s Office is actively monitoring system status and working on a permanent fix.
Next Steps: If the system access status changes and/or we receive confirmation from the Chancellor’s Office that the issue is resolved, we will alert you. Updates will continue to be provided at least every 4 hours, with a summary update at close of business.
