The IT Help Desk is Moving!

On Monday, April 6, the Information Technology Help Desk will be relocating to the first floor of the Schulz Information Center South, just next door to the HUB! This new location will allow the SFBRN ITS Team to better serve the campus community while also offering expanded support to other student services located in Schulz.
To celebrate our new space and our partnership with the HUB, DSS, and the Library, we’d love for you to join us for an open house on Monday, April 6 from noon to 1 p.m. Stop by, say hello, and check out the new location! Light refreshments will be served.
The IT Help Desk is available to assist the campus with services such as:
- Mobile device or laptop troubleshooting
- Password resets
- Internet connection issues
- Multi-factor authentication
- And more!
