DUO MFA Outage

Overview
Cisco DUO Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is currently experiencing a full service outage.
 
What to Expect

• Users are unable to authenticate using DUO MFA.
• DUO push notifications, passcodes, and other authentication methods are not functioning.
• Access to campus systems that require DUO MFA is currently unavailable.

This issue appears to be impacting DUO services broadly. We will provide updates to the campus community as more information becomes available and when service has been restored.
We appreciate the campus community’s patience and understanding during this service disruption.
