CHRS is Now Live

We are excited to announce that the Common Human Resources System (CHRS) is now live! The new system provides enhanced functionality and improved self-service capabilities and is now accessible to campus users through Online Services.

Campus users are encouraged to visit the CHRS training page for resources including recorded trainings, job aids and video tutorials related to:

  • Absence Management (reporting and approving absences)
  • Time and Labor (entering, tracking, processing and approving time)
  • Temporary Academic Employment Processing (faculty appointments and academic student appointments)
  • Coming soon: Benefits Self Service (entering life events)

Payroll Drop-In Office Hours

To support employees with questions related to time entry or approvals, Payroll will be hosting Drop-In Office Hours for real-time assistance:  

  • Tuesday, May 19 - Friday, May 22
  • 3-5pm
  • Location: Human Resources Suite (2nd floor of Salazar Hall)
