Big Blue Weekend is almost here!
October 2–4, Sonoma State comes together for three days of events, music, traditions, activities, and SSU spirit.
Students, prospective students, alumni, faculty, staff, families, and friends are all invited to join us for Big Blue Weekend 2026 and experience the community, connections, and spirit that make Sonoma State special.
Weekend highlights include:
Harvest Night
Kick off the weekend by the lakes with music, fall-inspired activities, local flavors, and more.
Club Sports
Cheer on the Seawolves at Men’s Lacrosse and Women’s Soccer games.
Seawolf Discovery Day
Prospective students and families can experience Sonoma State at our biggest open house of the year.
SSU Palooza & Community Day
Enjoy live music, food trucks, local vendors, games, a beer and wine garden, and activities for all ages.
Big Screen Movie Night
Come enjoy "Toy Story 5" on the big screen.
Bingo, Bubbles, & Brunch
Wrap up the weekend with brunch, bingo, and a little bubbly.
And that’s just the beginning! More events and activities are happening throughout the weekend.
Seawolf Family Weekend is also part of Big Blue Weekend, welcoming parents and families to campus for a weekend of connection, activities, and time with their Seawolves. One weekend. So many reasons to come together.
