The Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination’s Restorative Practices staff invites you to “Quick Tools for a Better Work Day.”

In this one-hour session, you’ll explore how a proactive approach to navigating disagreements can create a more positive and efficient workplace. We’ll introduce a few simple, immediately usable tools to help reduce team friction and strengthen collaboration. It’s an ideal first step toward building confidence in addressing everyday conflict.
