Reminder - Pay Warrant Distribution on December 31, 2025

As a reminder the December payday for faculty and staff is Wednesday, December 31, 2025, which falls during Winter Break. Please review the below information and plan accordingly.
For employees on direct deposit
- Earning statements will be available to be viewed on Cal Employee Connect.
- The posting date for the December pay warrant is January 2, 2026.
For employees receiving a live pay warrant
If you previously requested that your December pay warrant be mailed:
- The pay warrant will be mailed on Wednesday, December 31, 2025
If you prefer to pick up your pay warrant:
- Pay warrants may be picked up at the Sonoma State Police Department between 9 - 11 am on Wednesday, December 31.
- A photo ID will be required.
- Please note, pay warrants cannot be deposited until after 3 pm that day.
If no action is taken:
- Pay warrants not picked up or requested to be mailed will be available for pick up in the Seawolf Service Center when the campus reopens on January 2, 2026.
Employees are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit through Cal Employee Connect. Please note that enrollment typically takes one to two pay periods to process.
