The Week of the Young Child [WOYC] is a time to plan how - as citizens of a community, or a state, and of a nation-will better meet the needs of all young children and their families.
Sonoma County is celebrating WOYC April 20th through 28th with different events in each area of the county. Rohnert Park, Cotati and Penngrove are celebrating WOYC on the 27th at the Rohnert Park Library from 1-3pm.
Displays of early education and care programs will be showcased and Mayor Jake Mackenzie will read a Proclamation at 1p.m.
