AFRICAN-AMERICAN LITERATURE -- Kim Hester Williams, Professor of English, discusses the contributions that African-American authors have made to American literature with Jack Hanson of Comcast Newsmakers. She says her students come out of her classes with an enlightened appreciation of the literature and its contribution to American culture as well as their own identities.
